The 2008 Cattle Call Dia De La Fiesta sponsored by the Brawley Chamber of Commerce, will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2008. The event will feature the finest traditional Mexican foods in a fiesta atmosphere. The aroma of Mexican "antojitos" specialties will fill the air; fresh cooked tamales, menudo, fish tacos, carne asada and much more.

The Dia De La Fiesta will begin at 9 am with a Mariachi Mass Celebration at Cattle Call Park. There will be entertainment throughout the day that will feature a variety of music and dancers. There will be piñatas, games and plenty of other activities for the children to participate with.

Prizes and prize money will be awarded for best Salsa, cultural food, booth decoration, and jalapeno eating contests. Come and bring the kids for a day of good food and lots of fun!
